Aid Stations

Aid stations will begin at mile 3 and will be located approximately every two miles as follows:

• Start  - Water
• 1.5 Miles - Water, sports drink
• 3 Miles -  Water
• 4.5 Miles - Water, sports drink
• 7 Miles - Water, sports drink, gel
• 10 Miles - Water, sports drink
• 12 Miles - Water, sports drink
• Finish Line - Food and drinks galore
